Order confirmation
All orders are confirmed automatically by e-mail. If you do not receive an order confirmation it could be because you order has not gone through, or because the e-mail address you have written is incorrect.
If you use a gmail or hotmail address we suggest you check your spam - you might find the order confirmation there.
We will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail or phone if there is a problem with your order

We accept payments by creditcards or PayPal.

All credit/debit card payments from our website are made through a secure gateway. The transaction takes place electronically - and as the payment is handled by Nets we do not store these data on our servers at any point.
We will not debit your card untill your order has been shipped.
If we are not able to deliver your whole order we can reduce your payment to the new order total. We are however not able to increase the amount should you wish to add to your order.

You can pay through PayPal if you have an account. It is free and easy to make.

Freight & Delivery
We will pack and ship your order as soon as possible. You will receive an e-mail with each update. Please do not hisitate to contact us if you do not receive it as expected.
We offer shipping worldwide with Post Nord. Please contact us if you can not find shipping to your country.
You can choose between all options presented to you at the check out page.
All parcels are supported by Track & Trace. You will receive an email from the shipping company with this information. Please do not hisitate to contact us if you do not receive it.
We will charge shipping fees corresponding to the actual expence. And we reserve the right to bill the shipping fee if your order is returned to us marked unclaimed or reception refused.
The option Pick up at Holst Garn can be used if you are only buying Pdf files for patterns - or wish to pick up your order at our store in Aabybro, Denmark.
Returns & Refunds
You have the right to cancel your order up and including 14 days after delivery.
Please contact us by e-mail within the 14 days if you wish to cancel a purchase.
The goods must be returned in the same condition as you received. You will be responsible for the original shipping costs, and the cost of returning the goods. We do not receive goods send by COD.
You will receive a refund within 7 days of our receipt of the goods.
If the order was paid through PayPal we will make a refund there.
If the order was paid with Creditcard or Bank Transfer we will make a refund through Bank Transfer. In this case we ask that you please send the following information with the returned goods.

Warranty
All products are covered by a 2 year warranty.
We will if possible replace any broken goods but we reserve the right to settle a claim by refunding of the purchase price.
Holst Garn take reservations for printing and typing errors, sold out goods and changes of prices.
