General information for all customers
Our webshop runs in 2 parallel versions – one in Danish and one in English.
Your can change the language via the dropdown box located in the upper right corner (pc and tablet) and at the top and bottom of the menu (mobile)
There is also a dropdown box through which you can change the currency shown. You can choose between the following currencies DKK, EUR, GBP, NOK, SEK or USD.
We will NOT be able to combine or make changes to orders during our sale – all orders will be packed and shipped as received.
When you have filled your cart and are at the checkout page we ask you to please:
Check that your delivery address is correct and complete
Check that the country you have chosen is correct
Check your e-mail address and phone number one extra time :)
If an order is recieved with wrong shipping information – like a wrong country, we will have to cancel it. So please make sure that everything is correct before you confirm your order.
If your house does not have a number please write 0 in the number box at the check out page.
Once you have placed your order, you will recieve an order confirmation by email. It will be sent automatically to the e-mail address listed with your order.
Please check your spam filter if you do not recieve this order confirmation.
The order confirmation is your guarantee that we have recieved your order. We will send you updates when the order is packed – and again when it is shipped.
You will recieve the Track & Trace number in an e-mail from Post Nord.
Shipping and shipping choices
All orders are shipped by Post Nord. Final delivery will be made by your local postal service or DPD.
All orders with a total weight below 2 kg can be shipped as small parcels. All orders with a weight above are shipped as regular parcels. Maximum weight per parcel is 20 kg.
You can choose freely between the shipping choices presented to you at the check out page. If small parcel shipment is no longer possible due to a weight above 2 kg, the option will not be shown.
Weather or not you will be paying VAT – and how much it is, depend on which country the order is shipped to.
If you are shopping without a customer profile, the webshop system will assume that you are Danish, as this is where we are based – and all prices will be shown with the Danish VAT at 25%. This will change when you choose you delivery country at the check out page.
Please find specific information below.
We ship to Norway under the VOEC scheme. This means that you will be paying the Norwegian VAT when you order through our webshop. There are no additional taxes and fees on your shipment.
We will settle VAT with Skatteetaten in Norway – this is all taken care of. The 350,- NOK rules does not apply for orders shipped under the VOEC scheme.
We have a GB VAT registration in the UK and you will therefor pay 20% VAT when you buy through our website. We settle the VAT with HMRC - you will not have to deal with that.
Order are shipped with EORI and there are no additional fees or charges on the shipment.
We are unfortunately not able to ship parcels with a total weight above 2 kg to the UK at the moment.
We have tried but they tend to get stuck at customs and it is quite a hassle to get them released. And every so often they will end up being returned to us.
Small parcels with a total weight per package below 2 kg will "fly straight through" - final delivery made by DPD.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we must ask you to please split a larger order into smaller ones – each with a total weight below 2 kg.
We ship under the VAT One Stop Shop Scheme at all EU-countries. This means that you will be paying the VAT that applies for the delivery country.
All other countries
There is no VAT to be paid. Your orders are shipped as export packages.
