All orders are confirmed automatically by e-mail. If you do not get an order confirmation, it may be because your order has not gone through, or because your e-mail address is not filled in correctly.
You are of course always very welcome to contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Payment can be made with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, e-Dankort via Paypal or by bank transfer.
When paying with creditcard your account information will be sent directly to PBS in encrypted form (SSL) which only you and PBS can be read. There are no others who see or store your information. I know only the transaction number, which also provides information to you.
e-Dankort is an easy and secure form of payment that are especially designed for the Internet. With e-Dankort you pay through your bank and you do not have to enter your card information.
Your card will not be charged until after the order is shipped.
ATTENTION! When you pay by card or PayPal it is important that you close the payment window as described - so that you return to Holst Garn; Otherwise, your order is not registered. You must accept both the payment and the order!

If you pay by Bank Transfer the order will not be send before the payment is registered.
Your order is usually sent within days after your payment is registered - weekdays only. You will receive an e-mail when your order is shipped.
I send the orders as maxi post using Post Danmark, unless otherwise indicated. And Holst Garn can not be held liable for delays in Post Danmark.
All orders will pay shipping according to applicable tariffs with Post Danmark.
I reserve the right to charge the actual postage cost if your package is denied reception.
You can always return on your products within 14 days, counting from the day you receive.
If you choose to cancel a purchase, please notify Holst Garn within 14 days after you receive your product.
The product is returned in same condition and quantity as you received them. You must pay the costs associated with the return.
When goods are received and accepted the return the full amount in your account.
It facilitates the expedition if you send the product along with the following information

All products are covered by rules for 24-month warranty.
Holst Garn exchange whenever possible defective goods, but reserves the right to settle a claim by paying its price.
Holst Garn reserve printing and typing errors and products out of stock.
Holst Garn will not disclose information to third parties. The personal information you provide when you buy from Holst Yarn is considered confidential and will not under any circumstances be disclosed.
